Gimbal protection error - Zino 0x0004 - Warranty Service - Shipped back to Hubsan USA Office

Just got my Zino in the mail today and did all the firmware updates and when I go into the APP and try ti fly, it shows a gimbal protection error, along with a 0x0004 error under status. I have remove the gimbal protector of course and rebooted several times.
Please help.
UPDATE: Zino has been shipped back to Hubsan USA.

Hello,
may I know if you noticed the pictch angle during flight?If it is big .which will shows 0x0004 error code.

You can solve this error 0X0004 by skillpig 's video.

Is this a permanent fix?

Hello,
I am receiving the same gimbal error code. I updated to the latest firmware. I took off the back plate to reset the gimbal but saw no reset button. Could you please send picture of the button and explain the process better?
