Sorry, but I disagree with you. Your company offered the Zino to be shipped to people that preordered by October 30th. Your company delayed that by 2 months and now the customers are having numerous problems due to Hubsan rushing out an unfinished product. Basically making them testers for a product that should have already been complete. Most of the customers were denied customer service from the date they preordered until after they already received the faulty Zino's. I'm not sure why hubsan couldn't just be honest from the start. I'm willing to bet that Hubsan has and will lose more customers by their own actions.
