Dear Ailsa,
I sent this letter to Hubsan.
I received the Zino on 05. December 2018.
I used this drone 4 days. I refreshed the Zino and after the software update this drone is unusable.
I gave a signal to the Hubsan inside of seven days on 11. December 2018.
I made everything what you advocated but the Zino is not working. I also sent video about the problem.
Nothing changes and the time is advancing.
This is not correct business approach.
I would like to receive your confirm in email that you exchange my Zino or you pay my money back.
If it does not happen in 2 days I will get in touch with the European Consumer Centres.
I would like to call attention of the Hubsan to observe the law.
My order number is 2523.
I hope to receive a prompt reply.
