Hi, am one Indiegogo backer, i have order number #166 and last reply from hubsan was the 9 November via e-mail only for reasking me the address shipping confirmation, and i was sending confirmation already the last days of october, i remember the 29 and my contribution was made the 23 october. So today i had to create a new topic for get attention there? But is possible i had to arrive at this point in an official Hubsan forum? Is already the 5 th post i create in a week, but the Hubsan support users reply to all possible answer that users made, but i have to get yet the mine, and am not the unique are waiting about one tracking number and one reply clear and decent, reply not pre-compiled like "Sorry for the delay you will be updated when Zino are on Netherland warehouse" and when arrive this day? I am in Italy my email is airoldi.andrea@gmail.com. I never pretended to receive my Zino before at all but that any day i don't receive reply is very frustrating.
