Is that "toilet bowling" what we can see from around 2:00 minutes onwards, which basically continues until the end?

Thats what it looks like. My Zino does the same thing I have reached out to Hubsan.

It was windy that day and I noticed that the Drone was starting to drift near at the end so I hit return to home and it landed about 15 feet from the start point. I tried to fly it two more time ans was uncontrollable. I was using an old Galaxy S7 and the battery was at 10% so I was thinking that was the problem. With my Galaxy S9 phone it flew flawlessly and the return to home seemed to put it back where it was. I am going to try it with the S9 phone and then my S7 with a full charge to see if that was truly the problem. I'll let you know what happens.

Also try to fly it at low altitude like 3 meters and see if it is steady or not. Thanks

It does not have a sensor for that. Barometer only. No ultrasound bottom sensor. So,unless by some miracle a sensor shows up from out of nowhere (someone slips in at night, grabs your quad, takes it apart, installs a new device in it,reassembles it and sneaks back out),I don't see that in our future.
