Worst experience ever part 2

So, 6 days after being promised a tracking number and information on my purchase I have not received a tracking number or any other information other than ‘it’s on the way to the Netherlands’ (I live in the UK).

I’m no expert on manufacturing or international trade but I would have thought that when Hubsan realised the huge interest in this product they would have employed someone to keep customers updated with relevant and up to date information. All I get (and see) is Hubsan firefighting and trying to bat off issues.

I now have little confidence in their ability to get the correct information to me (promised on the 30th November). They are woefully out of their depth due to the interest in this product. I despair.

Hi are some days i post answer about my Indiegogo order #166 and you sound evitate to take a reply, serious this? Look that my money was real like the one of others indiegogo backers never get one esaustive reply about shipping tracking numbers, delay, thanks

We have emailed all the tracking numbers for one received the Indiegogo fulfilled email.

While some European customer Zino arrive in Netherland office late ,so it will ship in Next 2 days .The tracking numbers will update for you soon

Datti na calmata , credo che arriva e ce lo troviamo sotto l'albero , poi ci dovremo scorpargere la testa di cenere ;-) per adesso dalla cina mi sono arrivati due lampadari , un spazzolino da denti e delle luminarie natalizie , credo che hanno problemi di logistica ,mi hanno avvisato dell'arrivo per email in due giorni il tracking non credo piu' ad una truffa ma tempi lunghi ... Io calmissimo sono, hai commentato un mio post di metà scorsa settimana, quando gli update esaustivi su noi backers di indiegogo mancavano o non ci stavano risposte chiare
