Hi i have ordered a Hubsan zino from Banggood this was ordered on 11/11/2018. Every time i contact banggoods services they always reply with a shipping date but the item is still not shipped. I am very unsatisfied and angry at banggood and I have been thinking of cancelling my order from banggood and ordering the item from ubsan if the item can be delivered faster. If that is not possible could you give suggestions on what i should do.

I canceled it in bangood, the reasons, if you read in the section of ¡¡guys important information of bangood !!! from this thread you will see the answer of Ailsa. Automatically I cancel it in bangood and buy it in the hubsan page. I lost almost 2 months and I paid more for it, thanks to bangood.

May I know which country are you from?
If you order the Zino on Hubsan official website.we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible once the Zino arrived in Hubsan Netherland office or USA office.

Here's what I don't get at at all.
people are able to get a Zino in a couple of days from CML in the UK, for the same price as the official Hubsan store.
The difference is that CML will tell you they have stock before ordering and will dispatch the same day :-)
Meanwhile, ordering from Hubsan, all I have is an email to say It's on order, the status is still "processing" and there is no way to contact support other than try your luck on here.
If I was sure I could get a refund on my Hubsan order, I'd cancel and get one form CML, knowing it would arrive by the weekend or Monday...
It's all so frustratingly inefficient :?

Cancel your order and stay away from Zino too many
problems Hubsan.💩

If you order the Zino on Hubsan official website ,we can ship the Zino to European customer on Next Monday or Tuesday.There have enough inventory in Netherland office that time.
