Gimbal status ERROR0X80

I bought a Zino. I refreshed the software.
Gimbal status is ERROR0X80
The Gimbal is in down position and move a bit.
I restart the Zino repeatedly but happens nothing.
What can I do?

The best thing you can do to yourself is return it and request refund. According to the warranty policy you have to claim refund withing 7 days from delivery.

Hello,

Someone had a similar problem and Hubsan tech. sent him this video.
The gimball has a reset button in the place indicated by the video.
Ive made another thread with the fix in.

We want to confirm if your gimbal status error is 0x80 or 0x0800?
Would you mind to take picture of the Error code for us ?

No it was not crashed. It worked good.
After the update by the first start came the error.

I tried everything what you recommended.
My Zino does not work.
It is in the box.
I would like to use it.
Where should I send to repair?
