Can not update the gimbal using windows 10

Try to upgrade zino’s gimball program
(Zino_g_v3.0.2.1.gbl)
Pressing upgrade then I got the fallowing message: RX Update Time Out 1

Im using windows 10.
Closed the app, turned zino off/on again. Opening the zino upgrade tool, tried the upgrade process, but got the same message! :-(

Can anybody help please? Thank you!

Try to execute the program as an administrator or try resolve a compatibility problem by using the right button of you mouse
