REFUND

Being a NEW drone owner and flyer, I thought I would have a pleasurable experience in all of this, after seeing the sales pitch I thought I was going to have such a thing! However, my experience with Hubsan Zino has not been a pleasant one. I have been lied to repeatedly, emails and messages have gone unanswered, so have the false promises that were never forthcoming. I have on more than one occasion given the benefit of the doubt and waited as they have instructed I do, I did, and for what?

I have today lodged with PayPal for a full refund of £369.00. The sales pitch was false as was their Facebook group too. It is now the 10th December 2018 and I'm still waiting for the product, despite being told that the items will soon be with me. Thanks to the incompetence and belief I have booked a two-week holiday and accommodation based on getting the Hubsan Zino. Wasted!

Be warned.

I look forward to my refund! I was looking forward to my Zino, but now, the refund.

I will do the same if no one tells me in the next 2 days when my # 8821 order will be shipped. I'm tired of sending emails and messages without receiving a reply.

Good for you PowerPhoto. They really should have been prepared for this, and they were not. A great many people have been left with a sour taste in their mouths and then, of course, there is a trust issue here. A great deal of damage has been done here too so many trusting people.

Look I agree with all of you but do you really want to pull out now after waiting so long? This is a good drone that will only get better. Hang in there.

Thank you for replying Mavros777, but I feel that I have no more to give here. I was excited to be a new drone owner and a virgin when it comes to drones, but I have lost out on the holiday, accommodation etc when I was told that shipping would commence on the 20th November. I was blown away through what the drone had promised, I was told on the Facebook group that it was to be shipped out and a tracking number was to be issued, that date came and went. Unfortunately, I cannot see a light at the end of the tunnel. Therefore I have logged a refund with PayPal.

Wait patiently because I have used and sold hubsan equipment for several years and I know that they do as much or more than other brands to get a good product.

When I saw the first videos, I knew it would be worth the wait.

The world does not end because the Zino does not arrive soon.
My advice: Wait, a few more days will be gain in the future.

Thank you Knet, I am still waiting for them to get back to me regarding the refund on the Zino. Still no word.

Thank you all for getting back t, but I have yet to be convinced here.

It took me almost a week to get my refund, your best bet is to claim through PayPal and then escalate your claim.

For me personally I am now waiting on the FIMI X8 SE.

This is not a good drone, and those defending it saying "for the price" are seriously wrong. Many other drones in this price range are far better drones. I'm expecting my refund soon as well. Seems the Fimi X8 SE is almost here for 30 dollars more and the specs beat the Zino hands down. I'm not a hubsan hater, love my H501S-S, but the Zino is for now a Hubsan failure.
