ailsa, i would like to cancel my indiegogo # 78 order and my hubsan # 2569 order, what is the procedure and the repayment term?

Don't cancel man - I'm IndieGoGo and I've got mine now. I was really upset and when it turned up it had a busted Gimbal. Support helped me fix it and now I have the most amazing drone - it makes me very happy. You're nearly there - hold on brother.

İndiegogo crowdfunding time finish and perk closed. so you cant get refund by indiegogo. I dont recommend to cancel your order. They are shipping one by one

on the site indiegogo there was mark delivery in November, they did not respect their commitment, so I wish a refund of my indiegogo 78 and my order at hubsan europe 2569. the ZINO has not arrived at the warehouse of in the Netherlands and still having no mail tracking drone, I think I'm in my rights for reimbursement. I just hope that Hubsan will respond quickly to my email sent to Albert.

Having 3 Hubsan, I believed in the project of the Zee, I like many of us, contributed on Indiegogo. But today I feel put aside, no information, late delivery while on Indiegogo it was marked delivery in November. I think the drone is good but the lack of communication and the precipitation you have lost foot, I really want to be reimbursed for my participation 78 as well as my order Hubsan 2569. I am disappointed and mecontent of your management on this drone. My request for reimbursement is essentially requested to the fact that you did not respect the deadlines of delivery and that you leave us in the unknown

You have a fundamental misunderstanding of the IndieGoGo offer
It was not an order. It was a perk. You donated to a fundraising campaign, you did not place an order
More fundamentally Hubsan did not take your "order"
You contributed to a campaign started by Hubsan USA who earmarked their allotment of ZINO's as perks to promote the brand and the new drone
IndieGoGo and Hubsan USA both honored their end of the contract you signed and did not set a date by which you were going to receive your perk
It is still on its way. You can go to the IndieGoGo site and follow instructions if you are not satisfied that your perk has not arrived by your own reckoning, and good luck with that
