The update tool file is an EXE for windows, not for Mac.
There is no version planned for Mac.
It must be done on a windows PC absolutely or install "bootcamp" on your Mac ...

Do not try to open files other than the 'upgrade tools', it is he who will take care of the files.

Thanks. I have the bootcamp installer loaded on my Mac but have resisted installing it because it requires backing up my disc and partitioning it
Just wonder in if our Hubsan reps can tell me is the Mac version of installer will be available
