AILSA HELP PLEASE

I'm on Windows trying to update firmware but getting nowhere fast, do I need to download a program to be able to open file if so what can I download

Watch the video. Once you download firmware update, open the folder and there is FC folder in which upgrade tool is there. Let me know howz ur zino after upgrade.
