Upgrade Issue

I updated the firmware - gimbal, video and camera. Updated the android App.

After upgrade before flying gimble was not working up and down. I thought may be it will work when flying so tried to fly little.

Tried a mini flight - very unstable. Did compass caliberation again and it was so unsteady like a super drunk drone and crashed on ground. I am afraid to fly it again.

Guys let me know your experience.

Also, android app now crashed twice. previously never crashed.

Also, still gimble wont move up and down after the upgrade with the controller or android app. Hubsan please help.

Yes same here. Upgraded the firmware and gimbal was smoother. Then upgraded the app and gimbal now doesn't work. Ffs hubsan! And that gps signal too weak thing???

Was able to fix it. Updated everything again. Aapparently there are two file in the gimble folder HY010 and Zino_G. In the video tutorial they selected Hy010 which I did early, this time selected Zino_G and gimble started working. Reset the gyroscope, calibrated again and working fine. However still at low height was revoling in circle by itself.

Glad it worked. Let me know ur flight experience. I still had some issue with stability at low height. Zino was going in circle. Will test it again to see if it still persists.

I'm going to do a couple of full flights today. I'll post in here.

I did a test flight just now. It was windy again but the flight lasted 18:42 minutes. The drone was very stable the whole flight. The camera tilt is now smooth with the latest firmware. No toilet bowling at all. The fastest it went was 9.12m/sec (33km/hr or 20.4mph). There was no difference between sport and normal mode which I don't understand. To be honest, the speed is fast enough for me. I've gone 80km/hr with the h501s and it can be very risky. With the h501s I hardly took it out of gps mode anyway.

Now with rth, I am able to still direct it as its descending. It started wanting to descend at 20% battery but I could fully override it. However at 15% it descended and I could only move it sideways. This is better than before the update when I had no control after 20% left.

The connection is fine. It even tells the gps is enough now. Yesterday it was telling me the gps was not good enough.

Thankfully, hubsan give you the responsibility of doing the right thing and not dictating terms like DJI. There is no geofencing or altitude limits. Please drone responsibly.

I'm still trying to work out how to do all the other stuff. I need to watch the tutorials.
