Gimbal angle sensor failure

I have a new Zino. Out of the box with gimbal protective cover removed I have a gimbal angle sensor failure. Quad flies. Battery removal reinstall reboot not effective. Others experiencing this? Any solutions?

Additional info. Camera transmits an imagine, but no self-centering and control of the gimbal. Gimbal does not appear locked. Gimbal error code is 0xC00. Email sent to service@hubsan.com.

Had same problem after zino crush from 6 m, you must reset gimbal. working 100%.
