after a few flights, the spin gimball stopped working! at first it was jerky, now it does not work anymore. the motor turns freely with your hands, but does not move during rotation! I've already tried to do the calibration, but it does not change anything! any suggestion? Alisa what do you think?

I have the same issue. Does your error code = error 0x4? The red gimbal protection keeps flashing on screen?

When I required support for another Hubsan product a while back, I sent my e-mail to service@hubsan.com and some days later got a reply from Shally Liu.

mine does the same thing. 0x4 gimble statis and red flashing gimble protection error.

I have no error message on screen...the gimbal status Is "normal"...
Oh another BIG PROBLEM it's that we Can stop the RTH function by transmitter... This Is a very big issue because we Can t give control in case the zino Is near a tree or a Building...

However ailsa , the strange thing it's the gimbal working at 66%... With the zino in my hand It move up and down and tilt ... But It can't rotate on the parallel plane to the ground...
