Motors Locked
Motors Locked
Hi - Trying my first flight. Everything looks ok. Compasss celebrated. GPS Test ok. But the app is reporting “motors locked”. It can take off and land but the sticks are not able to control it / help please

Are you able to control it via the X-Hubsan App? You know, activate control mode by clicking the controller pictogram, put your two thumbs on the screen and then two circles appear around your thumbs mimicking directional control pads.

Hi. All sorted now. Not sure what it was but have now successfully flown first flight - excellent stability and good quality video. Thanks

actualy i have this issue too, can not take off from rc, i can only take off from rc button and not the combination joystick down..if i push the botton take off the drone fly..but if i putt the stick down nothing happens..hope fix with update this issue

on 12/Nov/2018 I emailed Shally.Liu@hubsan.com. On 26/Nov I emailed service@Hubsan.com (and Shally.Liu). I also private messaged you from this website. I just forwarded that email again to both service@hubsan.com & shally.liu@hubsan.com just now (6/Dec). Please make sure someone looks into my problem.
I ordered a brand new H216A in Sept 2018, it was delivered in October 2018 and developed faults in November 2018 and I have been emailing Hubsan since 12/Nov 2018 and NO ONE has responded.
Please arrange for someone to look into my email.
