I am confirming with our colleague in USA for this Zino.We will refund once we get the Zino.

I canceled my order and I have been asking for a refund for a week now, I never got one even though my status is saying refunding. All of a sudden my drone has been shipped even though I told them I do not want the drone. I am asking for a return label so once the drone arrives I will be returning it straight away.

A terrible experience from a unprofessional company.
