Battery.charger problem

Post by gakos » Wed Dec 05, 2018 4:30 am

Hi

I have a technical issue.

When I received the ZINO, i charged both the remote control and the main battery of ZINO.
Then main battery of zino, after a few hours, the charger does not become solid red, but the 3 leds are blinking (flash).
I unplug and recharge after 1 hour, and have the same behavior after short time.

I did not flight it yet …
What i supposed to do?

Please advise me

Sounds like you may be having a problem with the battery. I would call Hubsan to see what they say. I charged mine and all the lights turned green. I did a flight and charged it again and they all turned green again.

Ultimately this behavior is definitely a problem for the charger.
After charging without being solid green at the end but with blinking red, with just 1 minute flight the battery reaches 30%.
In addition, I tried another charger from a friend who has zino and the batteries are charging normally

How can I contact hibsan to send me another charger because my charger has a problem?

Or it may be the battery?
Try plugging charger plug directly into the wall. It looks like from little that I can see that it may be plugged into an extension cord. Worth a try.

I think it makes no sense, because my friend's charger put it in the same extension and loaded my own battery, which with my charger was not charged with anything, (always on the same extension)

Hi all
What is the proper way to ask from Hubsan to change the charger because it is not working?
I mean what is the exact procedure? Do I have to send mail to someone?
