On 13th October 2018, I placed the order through Hubsan website for the ZIno set plus 2 additional batteries (with USD$50 discount - first 1000 order

). Hubsan informed me that due to the two extra batteries, the item can only be shipped via express shipping. I duly paid the additional USD30 for the express shipping to one nancy.huang@hubsan.com via paypal as the website link that Hubsan gave me to pay for the additional shipping charge cannot be executed.
On 24th Nov 2018, Hubsan informed me that Hubsan will ship the Zino set with 1 extra battery from China and will ship the other battery from its US office. I am agreeable to it as long I am not paying any additional fees.
Today 5th December 2018, I am still waiting for the tracking number for both shipments despite paying for express shipping.
Can Hubsan expedite shipping my paid items?
....waiting patiently in Singapore but my patience running thin...
