buy or not to buy

I am about to give the button "buy" in the official store but the fact that it has not been shipped in large quantity and that hubsan does not answer any question makes me doubt, what would you do?

Je l'ai reçu, testé, et suis déçu.
Attendez qu'il s'améliore avant de l'acheter .... s'il s'améliore ...

my H216A was purchased in Sept 2018, delivered in Oct 2018 and developed several faults in Nov 2018. Since 12/11/2018, I messaged Hubsan LOTS of times (including pm in this group) to try to get Hubsan to at least look at it.....but no response AT ALL
despite all thisI'm tempted to buy a Hubsan Zino (because all the other manufacturers are equally poor on the Trust Pilot website), but if I do, it will be through a UK based retailer.

What did you see that you didn't like maybe the video?
