Hub-scam?

Post by SkillPig » Fri Nov 30, 2018 5:50 am

30th of November.

Third bump date for Indiegogo

Promised shipping from China today.

No updates - Chinese factory now closed for weekend.

Not acceptable Hubscam, shame on you.

Just updates in a timely an honest matter would resolve everyone's frustrations but you sit quietly.

The Indiegogo crowd funding campaign promised you a Zino as a premium for your contribution. It was not an order direct from Hubsan. If you aren't familiar with crowdfunding campaigns they are not funded until 30 days after the end of the period that the campaign runs through. Your premium is now being fulfilled. The process from this point is the same as that for those who preordered directly from Hubsan. This process again is different from ordering from a retailer like Banggood or Gearbest who have stock on hand. The shipment from the factory now goes to a warehouse in or near your destination country, the same as would the wholesale shipments to retailers in your area. From there it will be forewarned directly to you. From my recent experience awaiting the shipment of my preordered Zino this can take from ten days to two weeks between the two locations. Yes, your Zino may arrive closer to Christmas than just a week or two from now.
I hope that information is useful, I understand your frustration. But it's not a "scam"

...And besides, you are still ahead of the game. You are getting a Zino for the lowest price imaginable, lower even than the preordered deal. Anyone from this point in time who orders the Zino from anywhere is going to pay nearly $100 more than what you paid to the Indiegogo campaign. That price was the best discount going. I almost took it myself but then the process I laid out above was explained to me and I opted to preorder from the Hubsan store with the assurance of a shipment from the first production run. It has been a little over a month but I just received my shipment tracking confirmation 48 hours ago. You are still getting your Zino before anyone who will be ordering from any of the on-line retailers

Hubscam is very unfair word. You paid only 299 usd for this level drone. Also you should know that indiegogo is not a shopping website. This is a new product and delays always happen even on big companies like dji. as you see they are shipping customers one by one. They may be quiet because of hard job of shipping worldwide and developing app and there may not be enough staff. Please wait patiently. Its not a scam they started ship and customers started share their footages.

Hello SkillPig,

Thanks for your support of Hubsan Zino

You can email us your order number or contribution number.we will check for your shipping details.

The Indiegogo Zino will ship to you as soon as possible once they arrive in Hubsan USA office or Hubsan Netherland office.
