Wow ailsa has spoke to me , I asked a simple question and I'd of liked a truthfull answer as to when or were my drone is up to its not a hard question, you said it would be sorted by today and it's not just be honest with me I prefer that

Sorted today do not means you receive it today, in indiegogo campaign i ordered it the 23 October but i wait patient, sure arrive the tracking and the drone next, if i was Hubsan for who was unpolite to Hubsan to say is acting like a joker i give refund and none drone, my opinion. Some of us judge too easy the operate of people in any case working for give our best possible experience whit Hubsan Zino drone

I understand what your saying mate, and I know how it all works but hubsan have sent me emails telling me when I will receive tracking number and it didn't happen and no email telling me why then another saying I will have my drone sorted today with email explaining what's going on but nothing, I wouldn't do this to anybody I would just like them to be honest even if it's not left China yet just tell me the truth

Hi am from Italy, me too i was receiving theses emails but i might all understand Hubsan received a surplus of orders more of number they immaginate, and Hubsan do not have in production the Zino only, but is not acceptable i read some users definite this company like as scammer or joker, if you go on youtube can see new videos from various users are italians and reiceved the Zino and make a unboxing and preview flights, and in all sincerity as first impression are all positive. I think cancel the order now is not a best choice. And for be honest the Hubsan drones have never deluded the aspectations

Thanks guys you all have good advice but I know people are receiving there drones and I know hubsan are doing there best I'm just saying instead of giving me false emails when there not 100% certain, I don't mind waiting I'd sooner they said it could be a few weeks then if it comes sooner then it's a bonus twice they have let me down.ps once we all have our drones all this will be forgotten and we can enjoy some great vids and pics
