El Monte Office Misses Zino Shipment...AGAIN!

I'm seriously mad
Hubsan's El Monte CA office has missed TWO attempts by FedEx to deliver US Zino shipments!
First on Friday and again today!
What's going on?

My Girlfriend just called me and said that she was told by a lady at Hubsan USA store that she had to pay for the shipping for them to send it to her that’s kinda crazy thought that was included in the price when preordered this is starting to be a joke

Kindly ask your staff at El Monte why they did not stay past 5pm to accept shipments in light of the fact that they had not been there on Friday either. That would be great
