Hello 3108vibhash,
I still confirm this issue with our engineer.may I know if you change the place?Because the last picture shows 235 SW while the another picture is 211SW in compass screen?which country are you in?

It's the same place. I may have moved the phone so may be that is causing it. I am in USA.
Re: Zino Crashed again - Usteady Drone
I'm confused. Are we comparing direction or location? The 211 or 235 is direction which I don't see anywhere in the pictures of the app. When I compare my locations the Zino is shown 19 ft from the controller which is next to it and if I compare that to my compass app the Zino is 121 ft from it yet in the same location. This was after I did a calibration. Before the calibration the Zino is shown 14 ft from the controller which is on top of it and 215 ft from the compass location which should be the same. If I google map the location it is 207 ft from my compass app and 12.5 ft from the zino and 18.5 ft from the controller. So I don't know if any of this means anything except the google map location and the Zino are much closer than my Map app. I'm more concerned about the distance from the controller.

It could be very interesting.
It's a case of where have hubsan hidden the heading details on the screen

Talk about the blind leading the blind!
Re: Zino Crashed again - Usteady Drone
Absolutely not.
A compass measures a magnetic bearing, the GPS provides a unique position.
There is no argument between them.
To have a quad perform loitering or what's maybe called GPS Hold , it needs both sensors.
A position on it's own is useless, asa is a heading.
Ony by using both can you hold the quad stationary.
But they don't argue!
They know nothing of each others existence

You're not the only one confused.DonHeintz wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 8:51 amI'm confused. Are we comparing direction or location? Nothing, and I mean nothing, can be deduced from showing a picture of a compass.
It is one of the most ludicrous requests I've ever seen on here, and believe me, I've seen some howlers in the past

After updating, I have the same version as yours.3108vibhash wrote: ↑Thu Dec 13, 2018 9:33 amHere is the pic for firmware. Each time I did horizontal caliberation first. See the video for both times. I have not flown in long as I am concerned.

Compare compass with yaw shown in the btm right corner of the app.501Pete wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 10:32 amYou're not the only one confused.DonHeintz wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 8:51 amI'm confused. . I'm trying to explain things in layman's terms, simply because it makes it easier to explain what's happening.501Pete wrote: ↑Fri Dec 14, 2018 10:30 amAbsolutely not.

The flight controller uses both (GPS-compass)to help hold the drone in place. The GPS not only provides user location by means of triangulation, but also ,in using time differences between the satellites to the rx unit, and the compass giving the f/c it's information, the quad does,or does not, hold position. Then, add glonass, which uses a quadular position finding method, accuracy is even more important.
So............the GPS puck is giving the f/c one bit of info on location, and the compass is giving the f/c another bit of info on location, they are"arguring"about where they are. GPS says"I'm here"
Compass says"I'm here"
Chill dude. Tomatoes,Tom-otos
