Sorry dude.
I've had one since day one. Ordered on Sept 30th. Got mine in,flown it every day with no problem.
All I see on here are people who have no idea how to use a computer,and blame the quad.
So,go troll on another forum.

Yep never had an issue except the lack of documentation on how to connect to Android, once I figured that out no issues at all.
