Hello,

I am receiving the same gimbal error code. I updated to the latest firmware. I took off the back plate to reset the gimbal but saw no reset button. Could you please send picture of the button and explain the process better?

Thank you for your help.

I haven't seen that "reset button" myself, but is there any sort of pedestal point you could push on at the location shown in the video?
I believe in the original video they also said to press down firmly.

Btw, what does pushing on that point actually do? Does it cause something to be mechanically released inside the gimbal? Is there some kind of internal "breaker" that unlatches upon occurrence of a strong mechanical shock, which then needs to be mechanically "reset"?

Thanks for the reply. I haven't seen any sort of button. There appears to be some sort of thick tape with wires embedded.

I have no idea how the reset works. Does the drone need to be turned on? I hope that some chimes in that can clarify the doubts.

Looking at the video it appears that person is pushing at a point in the space between those flat flex cables you mentioned and that "bulge".
In the video clip there does not seem to be a battery installed in the Zino.

If you are unsure, then better wait for clearer instructions.

Hello Ailsa,

There is no button whatsoever under the plate. I pressed a couple areas but did not feel a button. There has been no change. The resolution of the video is poor and difficult to identify what was pushed. Could you please send more detailed instructions?

Thank you

Thanks for the link. I have seen that video but it still doesn't provide a clear image of where to press. There is nothing rubberized nor button-like feature.

Hope to find a solution soon.

I have confirmed there is no button that I could find. There is a rubber piece on top of a ribbon cable. I have tried everything in the video and still have the same problem.

I would like a warranty replacement ASAP. Please message me all the details along with a return shipping label. There is no way I am paying to ship this faulty drone all the way back to China or anywhere. It should have worked straight out of the box.

So it's a problem with the FW.
