If you are having the same problem I am you mean that the gimbal will work when you tilt (yaw) the drone in your hand about 15 degrees - the gimbal flicks back and forth then locks and begins to track and stabilize. As soon as you return the drone to a flat stance - the gimbal protect alarm comes on and the gimbal goes "floppy"?me_24733Rj73H wrote: ↑Mon Dec 10, 2018 1:07 amHowever Ailsa , the strange thing it's the gimbal working at 66%... With the Zino in my hand It move up and down and tilt ... But It can't rotate on the parallel plane to the ground...
I hope I explained myself, my English is not so good
I have noticed that it is possible to re-calibrate the gimbal if you begin the process whilst holding the drone at 15 degrees but the moment it finishes the gimbal again goes limp and you get a pop up saying "restart the aircraft" (note: The "gimbal protect" fail message disappears at this point). At this point I reboot everything (drone, rc, app) but it reboots wit the original issue as if nothing has happened.
Alisa - please get this sorted, I have waited 7 weeks for my Zino to have this arrive on my doormat. I was due to review the Zino to 25'000 ski and snowboarders last month but its not something I can recommend to my guests at the moment. I havn't even got to fly the drone and the money I have paid to Hubsan so far has only brought me frustrations. Can we have an immediate fix? Also where is the promised firmware update? I was hoping that would fix what appears to be a badly coded software issue.
