Hello Hubsan friends!
I bought a drone on the Hubsan Zino H117s model through the Aliexpress website on 06/08/2021 and received the product on 7/13/2021, the product arrived fine, but with use I noticed a problem with the Camera, which is blurring part of the recording on the left side, both in the photos and in the video recording, below I'll send a link to a video I recorded to show you.
video I recorded on YouTube, go to 1:06: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rafU4nIiiX8
I checked the updates in the drone and transmission control and only the Gimbal firmware which is in the ZINO-V3.0.2.12 version if I update to the Gimbal ZINO-V3.0.2.13 firmware does this problem on the camera solve? I wanted some help on how to solve this problem.
I'll leave a photo attached so you can see the problem as well.

Your problem is, that there in factories a 'farmers' assembling electronics without any basic know-how.
The farmer touched the lenses (no matter in latex gloves) and the lens is little dirty on the side before the chip - it is fingerprint part. I had similar problem with my Zino 2 Plus - blurred regions was 2. I wrote to hubsan support - they sended new camera (the third sent camera was the right model for my drone ... it spent cca 3months and shipping $0, $15, $10).
Or you can remove camera, unscrew the lens from the tube and clean it, then back to tube and focus it. But without the dust-free chamber it is harakiri.

Hi Friend thanks for replying!
I'm trying to send an email to service@hubsan.com but the email is coming back as if the email was disabled, can you tell me which email you sent?
I don't have technical knowledge to open the lens as commented, if they can send me a new camera it would be ideal.

try support@hubsanus.com. But no attachement . I think, in most cases then detect it as spamm.
