Problems whit upgradin

Hallo! Can you help me please?
I've tried to upgrading the lastest version of firmware, all seems ok, but now the phone and the remote controller dont communicate...

I've do all it's in the connecting tutorial, USB Debugging and all the Other things but dont works. I've change Phone, from a Samsung J3 to an LG G3 but i have the same problem... Before the upgraing I fly normaly whit the drone... Now I'm very sad...

You must delete the sd Card with the files for upgrading the camera out of the drone, Format the sd Card and put it already in the drone.
The the Controller will be connecting with the drone.
I had the same Problems after the Update.

Also I have the same problem connecting Zino and Controller. After numerous attempts and despite having followed the exact sequence of firmware updates it does not connect. I was able to connect not inserting the sd card in the zino and insert it only when connected. When you take a picture or switch to video, the zino is disconnected. I am very sad.

So...I've repeated the procedure for upgradin firmware, and at the end, when I carge the two files from SD, I've turn off the aircraft, reformatted the SD by windows (Non fast format). After All seems working, but for the right functioning I have to start the RC, after connect phone, rum App and finally the aircraft.

May I know if your Zino connect with phone and transmitter now?

Kindly note that format SD card to FAT32 beforing upating the camera firmware and format the SD card again afther finishing updating

Hallo!

I've tried whit 3 Phones, a Samsung S4mini, LG G3, and the "best" for the moment a Samsung J3 2017. I've tried whit open debigging usb and not, but at the end its the same. Every time I start I must bind the device and find Wifi zino. Sometimes works good, sometimes no, during Fly FPV can go in crash in every moment, and the really strange thing its the creation in the SD card of 2 files whit same name for videos, one endind AA and the other AB.
I Write to the assistance in China, I dont risk to fly, for now its better for my drone stay on the ground. I dont think Its a Phone problem, before upgrading I use the same phone and works all very well. I Think my drone needs a complete reboot... Please, If you can tell me how I can do...Thanks

Alisa, belive me... when I've unboxed the Zino, whit the second upgrade preinstalled in Your factory I have to so noting, plug the phone, and start up aircraft and RC. All works perfectly and immediatly. After the upgrading of January I go crazy, I've installed Disk Genius for formatting FAT 32 the SD card. I have canged the SD Kingston 32 GB whit a Sandisk 16 GB 10 speed. Notingh, dont work
