Problem connection

Post by me_c5198yK9Bf » Thu Jan 17, 2019 12:27 pm

I just received the new zino. Performed update to the firmware downloaded from the hubsan site. It does not connect to my p10 huawei. when I go to run "set transmitter and aircraft connection" does not find the drone. I have correctly performed all the steps for the correct pairing of the radio command and related app on the p10. Thanks for the help

Did you turn on Debugging option on the phone?

I had the same problem with my Huawei T3 7" MediaPad.
Big Thing -- make sure your M2 Pad's wifi is turned OFF.
The sequence I use: 1) turn on drone. 2) turn on controller 3) connect the controller to the M2 pad using the included cable.

In my case, connecting the cable to the pad causes the Zino app to automatically boot up. In your case, you may need to start the app on your own.

Hopefully this helps?

Update. The connection of my zino seemed ok but it turned out to be a case that has come back randomly despite having followed the recommended sequences in this and other forums. Tested with both Huawei p10 lite and p9 lite. Both were connected after many attempts without a logic and despite the subsequent tests I could not re-propose the right sequence. I really hope in a helping thanks
