Hi Ailsa, in your email reply, you wanted to refund me for the two extra batteries. Without the extra batteries, I am no longer interested flying the zino. Can you refund me for the zino plus two extra batteries and the additional USD30 i paid for express shiopping and get yr courier (without additional charge on me) to remove the zino from my home? Total refund USD 369 +60 +30 =USD459. I can also sent the zino to your local distributor in singapore if you are agreeable. Please do not ask me to mail it to you as the parcel non-delivery can affect my refund which is beyond my control.For your immediate actions, please.
I am very tired with this whole episode....Initially i thought i can bring the zino for my maldives trip in January 2019.

Hi Hubsan, as previously mentioned, I did not receive any extra battery with the zino set with tracking no. 8412275340. My unboxing video which was forwarded to Ailsa, Nancy n other Hubsan is very similar to other Zino unboxing videos in youtube which does not carry the extra battery.
Todate I have yet to receive consignment with tracking no. 8412275395 which is shown in my order account but was shipped to Australia not to Singapore, my country of residence. Hubsan Customer Service Representative, Mr Albert Excobedo have verified that the package order # 8416 has been sent to Australia with tracking number: 8412275395 and the batteries are listed in the package description.
Hubsan, as I reside in Singapore and could not possibly receive the package in Australia, I am very confident that Hubsan has given me a wrong tracking no.
I noted that you have shipped the extra battery when others in the forum complained.
Why cant Hubsan do likewise for me as I have shown proof of absence of extra battery in the the unboxing video of the consignment with tracking no. 8412275340 and non-receipt of consignment with tracking no. 8412275395. In addition, I also have paid additional USD30 for express shipping due to the 2 extra batteries which i ordered.
Please also correct my account information with the correct tracking number and indicate the additional USD30 which i paid to nancy.huang@hubsan.com via paypal. Please ship the two batteries to my address in Singapore asap.

Hi Ailsa, I received the two batteries today. Thank you for your assistance on this matter. I noticed that when I was charging my batteries, the 3 red lights on the Hubsan battery charger were blinking. This blinking still occurred when I switch to the other two batteries. Please assist. Thank you.
