Zino Drifting Going Forward
Zino Drifting Going Forward
When going forward my Zino drifts anywhere from 5 to 10 degrees
I was thinking this was due to the controller paddle being inaccurate, but now I am encountering it any time I send my Zino away at a constant rate for more than 20 meters. Is anyone else seeing this? Someone else mentioned it on a FB page and others agreed this was happening

When you hover at altitude... does the video(Zino) yaw left ever so slowly?
Re: Zino Drifting Going Forward
mine does yaw left a little,I usually flip the stick, and it stops....would be good if we had a little bit of trim settings,or if I could just adjust my dead zone a a little larger
Re: Zino Drifting Going Forward
I initially thought that perhaps mine was doing similar.dogstar7 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 12, 2019 9:10 amWhen going forward my Zino drifts anywhere from 5 to 10 degrees

That's until I looked at the screen and found I was applying aileron when I thought my stick was straight
I've got a better feel on it now and my stick extensions help enormously.
Half the problem I think is the stupidly small sticks, they make everything far too sensitive.

Yeah, I really do not care for the game-style controller either. I hope Hubsan will one out with a better pro controller in the future.
Re: Zino Drifting Going Forward
My Zino does same. On my last video when going south it deviated to left, wher going north it deviated to right. So i was thinking it is a compass issue

I agree. If it's like you say, then it seems to be a compass issue. (as long as you mean coming "coming back" when you say "going north")

On a RTH flight, does the Zino come back on an angle? Not pointing at the Home point but off to the right about 20 degrees or so?
Re: Zino Drifting Going Forward
Yes moves deviated also on doing RTHGorillaman wrote: ↑Sun Jan 13, 2019 7:44 amOn a RTH flight, does the Zino come back on an angle? Not pointing at the Home point but off to the right about 20 degrees or so?

Still doing the toilet bowl after compass calibrations, too. Wondering if the magnetic shielding of the GSP module is adequate
