silence isn't the answer, wait indefinitely when your CUSTOMERS are asking for an action from you isn't the correct way to solve our issues. Something went wrong and IT'S ALL YOUR FAULTS (decide to delay for a useless firmware update, unable to unlock a shipment in customs, gave zinos first to youtubers and then to others etc. etc.), so YOU HAVE TO FIX IT IN A WAY OR ANOTHER: accept a full refund or a compensation
