So what do you (hubsan) do to make it happen? Have you contacted Fedex recently to understand what the issue is? If yes, can you share it with us?

I really hope you are doing something about it, not jus waiting for a miracle.

The error code of gimbal ststus is 0x0080.
Every thing else seems to work. The main reason I purchased the Zino , was for the camera/ video features that wont work.
The camera just flips down and ruins all my videos.

Hi Alisa, I'm Federico. I've posted on the hubsan forum about my gimbal issues. You asked if I had an error code . Here's what the code is.
Gimbal status. Error 0x0004
Before that it was Error 0x0080
Other information:
App version. 3.6.9 using iPhone 6 plus
Flight control firmware version
Zino_FC_V1.0.46
FPV firmware version Zino_IT_VO.2.1.ub25
Gimbal Version Zino_G_V3.0.2.1
I'm in Tampa, Florida. We have plenty to film around here and the weather is the best in the country. With the demand of drone video technology on the rise , I would like to give Zino a fair chance to compete among its adversaries.
Thank you, Federico .

Hi Ailsa. This is Federico.
I received your email with the detail on how to try to fix gimbal error code . I followed instructions and that fixed the issue. I took it on a long flight and the gimbal responded perfectly. At the end of a second flight , it brought up the ( tilt to strong ) but I landed and restarted the Zino and it worked again. Very clear video and pictures . Very good low light picture quality. And plenty of features. If this Zino keeps working like this , you have a great product with a lot of potential. I'm looking forward to keep flying with hubsan Zino.
Thanks for your help , Federico.

Solution for gimbal error.
Reset the gimbal by removing the back plate behind it. Then , in the center you will see a flat , silver section of metal . Press and hold for 5 sec. At the center of that metal. Re calibrate your horizontal setting Zino on a flat level surface. This should work . It worked for me and I just took another flight over the causeway and it worked great again. Be patient and take your time.
Also watch the video posted from Ailsa , regarding the gimbal reset.
Good luck . Federico

if you press that metal, how you'd know if it's pressed, is there a tick feel or what?

No.
This "bodge" is to RESEAT a bad ribbon connection to the gimbal.
You won't feel anything because there's' nothing really physical to feel.

This is not a RESET.
A reset would require some sort of switch and the gimbal would need to be powered on.
