Multiple phone situation. Possible?

Greetings! I was wondering if it’s possible to connect one phone via OTG cable for flight controls AND another phone in a goggle type of situation? Can the second (goggle)phone lock into the TX WiFi in this situation? Wasn’t sure and wanted to see if anyone has tried it.✌🏼

Tx is not an hotspot, no phones can connect via wifi to the Tx.
