Update: fortunately, the support of hubsan proved to be satisfactory, and quick in the answers. they should send me a new gimbal.
I'm waiting for it ...
in the meantime you can see how the gimbal working NOW without the horizontal engine, a real nightmare!!!
PS: in this video was a bit windy

update: the hubsan customer service offered me an exchange with a new zino! Now I'm to ask Ailsa: I know that my zino arrived in the Netherlands warehouses on December 21, then there were the holidays, and now I would like to know when the new one will be sent back, thank you!

This a new example, the 2nd Zino as substitution to customer and others haven't yet reiceved first one look days 28/12/18 -> 04/01/19 :evil:

Haha your 2nd Zino don't was having customs delays? Best i don't read posts like this :shock:

My gimbal is not working. It's the same problem all of us are having, with the gimbal losing control and messages like tilt too strong or gimbal protection activated. I've been patient with this product. I suggest a serious look into the solution as soon as possible before hubsan loses more credibility.
I'd would've paid 300.00 more dollars and get a mavic and not have to sit with a product that doesn't work .

There didnot have EU Zino in the Netherland office.I know you can't wait to fly the Zino and share more flight experience with us.while I am sorry for that.Once the dispatch of the Zino arrived in the Netherland office ,we will ship you as soon as possible
