There are TWO "problems" focus AND Compression.

My intention is not to make Zino bad. I want to give Zino the opportunity to improve their properties. All sorts of opportunities have not yet been created for Zino. Anything else can not matter.

bye Fritzz

Agree. Hubsan team is aware and working to fix this. Lets hope soon it will be resolved.

I don't know how a firmware update will help with a focus issue unless the camera has a movable lens that has not yet been enabled in the software.
Cheap action cameras like this normally have a fix focus lens preset from a couple of feet to infinity and a fixed f stop. These are the 2 elements that affect focus and depth of field. This is a hardware limitation that cannot be resolved in firmware.

Adjusting the compression ratio and improving sharpness may help slightly when rendering the image but this will not change the focus.

Two pages back in this topic Ailsa wrote to a user that she will email him regarding the video focus issue. Don't know what's so secret about it that it can't be told to everyone here.

Looking at the camera there is a small screw on the back. Focus adjustment screw maybe?

Ailisa comment?

To all Zino owners here in the forum, please also post your Zino pictures, because I suspect that possibly a part of the camera lenses makes problems.
Here I am. There is a BIG difference between subject near and far. I think that there is an issue with the focus too. Also in the video it seems to be the same problem. It is a little better, but it seems to have a bad focus. Videos and phots aren't sharp between the first meters to the infinity. :(

Hi Hubsan,
For the the image softness issue I added comparision image for better explanation. This is a youtuber video. He attached a dji osma camera to zino. So we can see the difference clearly. Zino capture looks soft and washed. I hope you can make it sharper like dji osmo by firmware updates.
