Cant Connect Zino to Upgrade tool

I cant perform the second upgrade as when I boot the Upgrade tool and connect the Zino (without battery) it wont connect.

It reads "Not connect" and never changes. I did not have this problem wit the first upgrade.

Does anyone have any advice?
