Indiegogo status fulfilled but no tracking number

Hello Alisa,

My Indiegogo Contribution ID is 154. It shows as fulfilled on the Indiegogo website, but I have not received a tracking number. Can you supply that information for me. Thank you in advance for your help.

I also did not get a tracking number.

Dear Indiegogo Zino Backer,

If you received the Indiegogo fulfilled status email,which means your Zino shipped out.

I will email these tracking details for you no late than Next Monday.

We have updated the tracking numbers for one which received the fulfilled status email.

Other cutsomer's Zino will ship in Next two days from Netherland office.

I received an Indiegogo update today that says the following:

Dear Zino backers,

When you received the Indiegogo fulfilled email,which means your Zino has shipped .we had update the tracking numbers email to you.Kindly check.

If you not receive the fulfilled email,don't worry ,we will ship it today from Netherland office.

Waiting for your review video of the Zino

This tells me nothing. The Indiegogo website shows my status as backer number 154 as fulfilled. I have not yet received an email with a tracking number. Additionally as a United States backer, why would my Zino ship from the Netherlands? I appreciate any help you can provide.

Did my Zino ship?
If so, what is the tracking number?
If it has not shipped, when can I expect it to?

For reference; as I stated earlier, the Indiegogo website shows my contribution number 154 as fulfilled. I have not received an email with any shipping details.
