Faulty Drone unable to connect to RC/phone

Hi,

I'm writting this post after no customer support answer received in the last 2 days, I'm currently unable to pair the drone and RC because of the issue explained on the following youtube video:

The gimbal error in red colour at the only ever time the drone connected to the RC was worrying but then the whole drone sync stopped so I found myself unable to continue investigating and through the options of the gimball's settings the app has.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? I'm absolutely pissed off with the lack of help given.

To top it off the battery charger blew up thus I can't charge them...

I don't know what to tell you about the charger but for the WiFi have you tried seeing if the Hubsan_Zino_xxxx WiFi is showing up on your phone as an available network. I read somewhere that the password is 12345678. Maybe you can connect to it that way.

Hey, Thanks for the help but it didn´t work, the hubsan team communicated with me early yesterday to apologize for the faulty drone and promised they would send me a new one yesterday, guess what? the bloody liers didn't send it. Still waiting.

WHEN? they said this 3 days ago then nothing yet. Even your warranty channels are flawed.

If you are using the OTG cable,there is no need to connect to the WiFi. I

Hi, thanks for the help but the phone doesn't even display the drone's camera which means it can't connect to it.

The connection between the phone and the RC worked ok using either android or Iphone. The RC Drone does not communicate back to the RC after a red "gimball error showed up on the screen of the app".
