All motors are working ok but only 2 are getting of the ground . so I can't fly it at all.

Hello mate, they gyro could have messed up, it happen to mine and this is what is did to solve it..

Turn the quadcoper on set it on the floor, then turn the transmitter on and bind it to the quadcoper, then manually set all the trims to the center, even if you think then are already done press them again, when pressing the trim buttons your hear a beep but once the trim is fully central your hear a longer beep, do this to all trims, them try taking off again.. Hope it works for you too..
