Register an account in x-hubsan ios

Hi,
I have installed x-hubsan on my iPhone 7 Plus, the X4h501A flies okay. The problem is when I try to register an account but keep getting the register timeout message.
I’ve tried this via WiFi and 4G, so I’m confident that the problem is not a connection at my end.
Any suggestions?
