Rebinding a H502C

I have been having some trouble with my controller. It really messed up today. I have an extra from one I replaced. I have tried to bind the drone to the new controller. I have read and re read the directions and have followed them to a "T". Nothing seems to fit. I have another new controller if needed. Please help me. I love this quadcopter. It is the easiest one I have ever flown.
Please HELP me.
