HT012D VS H901A

Good Day Everyone,
The CHIEF here, Call me stupid ignorant or even a little brain dead. But can any 1
tell me what the difference between the HT012D transmitter is from the H901A?
At first look you would think that the HT012D would be the more expensive and most
likely the better transmitter. But in reality on Hubsans official page to buy products
the H901A is $32.00 more expensive than the HT012D and does not have the 2.4 or the
5 GHz antennas.
Can someone explain that strange case and help me understand what the differences are?
Because when opened the have the exact same PCU board and same transmitter same antenna
rays just 1 is internal (H901A) yet a converstion is available. Same Screen Switches etc.
What's the deal? By the way I own both And as of now the H901A has become a brick
