HT011A no rotation

I bought me a Hubsan HT011A Controller for my Hubsan H501A.
But while using the Controller, i can`t rotate the quad. forward backward left right up down works just fine, but rotation is not available at all :/
What`s the problem? (I used 2.4G and Wifi)

With the HT005 relay everything works fine. I use the latest 501 software. I calibrated horizontal and used the "left stick right, right stick toggle to left and right" method.

I would like to calibrate my sticks, but i don`t know how.

Stick calibration is as follows for mode 2

Transmitter off
Put Left Stick Up and right stick up to left corners.
Power on Transmitter
Rotate both sticks 2-3 times in full rotations including the middle idle positin
Press the LED button Long Press

With the app and using HT011A you can check sticks by reading the T, R, E ,A values in upper right corner.
As you rotate the sticks the values should all change form 0 at rest to 100 and -100 depending on stick rotation.

Thanks, I tried to calibrate the controller. I don`t know if it worked. There is no sound after pressing the LED button for 10 sec. ?
The app shows normal T, E, A but no R... only if i put the left stick in the lower left or right corner, the same in Mode 1.

Is there anything i can do with the microUSB port? Maybe a software fix?

iOS 11 / App 3.6.3
Controller: HT011A
Relay HW: 1.0.0
Relay SW: 1.1.10

Hello,
I have the same problem. Identically !
See my topic Help ! Defective transmitter HT011A ? in FPV section transmission.
I posted a video with the problem.
I'm waiting for an answer and and issue.
For me the transmitter HT011A is defective, probably a bad connection or bad solder on the stick.

I'm having a similar problem where the R (Roll) will not rest at 0, thus forcing the 501 into an uncontrolled spin. I've tried numerous time to calibrate the controller with no luck. I've also done the compass calibration. I flew the 501 with just the phone app and it flies perfect, so I know it's not the quad. This is a brand new quad received two days ago.
