hubsan H502T and H507A batteries same ?

I have H502T quad which has batteries that look similar to H507A. Will the H507A battery works on my H502T quad ?
I heard the H507A has 7.6V 550mAh battery where as mine comes with just 450mah in H502T.
Also It looks like its easier to find H507A battery than H502T battery.
