Out of Box H502E powered but motors do not arm???

New out of box 502E battery was fully charged ...Display shows full battery ... All LCD lights blinking properly ... but after left stick and right sticks are pulled down and held for few minutes, motors do not arm .... What am I doing wrong? ... First time drone user ...

Hello,

Did you do the transmitter calibration and wait for the drone picked up 6 satellites or above?

The way to do the transmitter calibration as attached below

Push both sticks to the upper left corner and power on the transmitter simultaneously. The LCD will display “H”, rotate both sticks in circles for three times, then release both sticks,press any trim for 1.5 seconds until one “Beep” heard which indicates a successful calibration.

You will find that the user manual is lacking sorry to say.

have you done your compass calibration?it will not arm till compass and gps are calibrated
