Current Warranty Policy

Hi all. FYI Hubsan Warranty has changed. They no longer will pay for shipping to customer of warranty repairs. This is not stated in warranty.pdf on hubsan.com but is in revised warranty.pdf (6/26/2018 03:25 pm) emailed to me

Current Policy

3. Warranty service information

a) Hubsan warranty service team will examine and identify the problem once
the product is received. Hubsan will cover the cost of labor and material (not
shipping)
if we have confirmed the problem is within the quality of our product.

It used to read:

Due to this post and other correspondence Hubsan in it's infinite wisdom has updated the warranty on
hubsan.com/support/index/index/help.html
