motor locked
Hi, I bought the x4 star pro today and the app is telling me that there is a motor locked. Can you help me fix this please?

I had the same problem. In the bottom left corner hit the launch button, it asked me if I wanted to launch, I clicked yes and the motors spun up and it hovered.
